Melbourne fitness centre at Davey Black Sports Performance provides simple, functional and variable group training fitness sessions for people of any age and any ability. We run kids, teens, mixed, athlete specific and female only sessions at convenient times every day. Choose from Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Circuit, Pre/Postnatal, Kids and Teen classes.
Upstairs at Davey Black Sports Performance, our specialist Yoga Studio provides highly skilled Yoga teachers who practices Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Slow Flow and Dynamic Flow Yoga, and specialises in pre and postnatal, kids and athlete specific Yoga.
MUSCLE RECOVERY ROOM
The Rapid Muscle Recovery System boots and nucleus provide pneumatic or sequential pressure targeting the feet, achilles, calf, hamstring, quadriceps, adductor, glute and lower back muscle groups.
The unique design of the units chambers can target specific muscle group, or all groups to increase blood flow, enhance recovery, remove muscle waste and reduce oedema.
The Davey Black Tri Club provide triathlon programs for athletes of any ability. We utilise our facilities and expertise to bring you a unique training experience that encompasses everything you need to get you fit and keep you healthy, all in a fun and supportive group training environment.
Tri specific Fitness Studio, Yoga Studio and Muscle Recovery Room sessions can all be included in your triathlon membership package.
Nspire Physiotherapy is located upstairs at Davey Black Sports Performance. Physiotherapist Steve Stringer, graduated as a Physiotherapist then expanded his learning by completing a Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy at Latrobe University. Steve specialises in endurance sports injury treatment and management.
A correct bike fit is the most fundamental performance improvement you can make as a cyclist or triathlete. At Davey Black Sports Performance, you will receive a comprehensive physiotherapy analysis and your bike will be made to fit your body taking into consideration your specific measurements, limitations and strengths.

All Davey Black Sports Performance coaches are, or have been, high level athletes in Triathlon, AFL, Cricket, Tennis, Martial Arts and Cycling. We create strength & conditioning, mobility, Yoga and fitness programs for beginners through to elite level athletes to help you to go faster for longer while training and racing. Our programs build a more robust athlete and help reduce your risk of injury.

No, we keep things simple at Davey Black Fitness. You pay for what you want and that’s the only cost there is.
Can I place my membership on hold?
Yes, you can place your membership on hold at any time for as long as you need to up to 2 times per quarter. Just call or send us an email and we will suspend your payments within 5 business days.
Can I try out before commiting to a membership?
Yes. You can sign up for 3 sessions completely free of charge and make sure the coach, the location and the times all suit your needs before you commit to a membership option.
Is there a minimum membership commitment?
After your free week trial, you can choose the best membersip option to suit your needs. No contracts, no sign up fees, no hidden costs.
Can I change memberships after signing up?
Yes, you can change, downgrade or upgrade any membership at any time after signing up. Just call or email us and we will alter your payment plan within 48hrs.
