With our new 4 week training cycle, the Davey Black Triathlon Club athletes will undergo 4 weekly testing for Coach Steve to use the data to better tailor each individuals program to suit their specific needs. The duration, distances, and method for each test will be in your individual programs and they will vary between athletes based on your current fitness or racing goals, injury management and base training level.

MON AM – BIKE – 10km TT (See Event Details)
MON PM – REST (Studio closed due to Public Holiday)
TUE AM – SWIM – Easy Technique
TUE PM – RUN – As normal
WED AM – BIKE – Technique & Skills
WED PM – SWIM – Tpace Test (This week we are at 6:15pm in the Indoor 50m due to booking lane space clashes. There will be 2-3 athletes per lane at a time. You can warm up & cool down in the public lanes)
THU AM – REST or Recovery Run
THU PM – S&C
FRI AM – OPEN WATER SWIM
SAT AM – PRE-RUN RIDE then ALBERT PARK PARKRUN or REST
SUN AM – WESTERFOLDS TRAIL RUN or Recovery Bike or REST
